Andrea was a woman who brought her heart to every encounter. She believed in the potential in everyone. She never held a grudge for longer than it took to let you know her opinion about a situation. And then she forgave. She was good at that.

So many memories of the funding for HEDCO. So sorry she’s not been here to see the building in use and now the 10th anniversary.

How I miss this wonderful lady. Remembering how we worked together on the Dean’s Advisory Council to make HEDCO a reality warms my heart.

Andrea was one of the first people at the UO to help guide me through this sprawling university.
She was generous with her time and advice, and is still greatly missed. -

Having first met you, Andrea, at the inauguration of the new HEDCO building, you graciously gave my late husband and me a personal tour of the facilities. I always stop by your memorial plaque as I pass to and from my home near campus.
